Continuous Motion VFFS Packaging Machine Features

1.EtherCAT bus servo control for precise positioning and faster speed. Different from traditional PLC control, the great computing power of motion controller enables the server motors to perform more complicated movement, achieve more precise positioning, improve efficiency and stability .

2.Continuous film pulling and sealing design to reach a maximum speed of 120 bags per minute .

3.Full servo drive for film pulling, transverse sealing, up-down of transverse sealing device, longitudinal sealing, film rewinding.

4. 10 inch touch screen display for easy operation.

5. Motion control system with parameters can be adjusted while the machine is in operation.

6. Ten groups of parameters can be stored, which makes it time saving to shift among different packing requirements.

7. Independent temperature control system, with accuracy up to ±1℃.

8. Different packaging styles can be realized, such as back sealing, gusset, continuous bag, and hanging hole.

9. Bag making, sealing, packaging, and date printing are done all in one time.
